lot 6 building completion
Introducing the remarkable Lot 6 building, now fully completed and open to serve our customers. This impressive structure stands on 113 18-inch diameter steel piles, driven to depths of 80-100 feet for robust support. The construction involved an astounding feat of pouring 200 truckloads of concrete, reaching thicknesses of up to 36 inches. Covering an expansive 1 ¼ acres, Lot 6 boasts 51 state-of-the-art SkyLaunch Slips, providing ample storage and docking options for our valued patrons. The facility houses a rich inventory of new and used boats and we've incorporated a dedicated detail center to ensure that each boat receives the utmost care and attention. Not only does Lot 6 exemplify functionality, but it also exudes aesthetics with its low-maintenance longboard woodgrain paneling. We're proud to offer this impressive space for boat storage, ensuring our customers' cherished possessions are in safe hands.
